As trade good for a spinning wheel I made for a friend a Rococo corset and a caraco. Of the jacket I hope to get a picture but from the corset I took some yet.
The pattern is by Period Impressions and made after corsets between 1760 and 1770 - a bit complicated but no problem for advanced sewers. The layers are green linen and red cotton or linen mix, the bones are double rattan bands. I am a bit proud of the nicely done binding with cotton tape. The holes are of course handmade too.
I'll make one for myself (again) too shortly, a silk fabric is waiting for me.
